We are excited to introduce Beline Lafayette as the newest addition to the Florida Semiconductor Institute (FSI) team, serving as our Event Coordinator. With over seven years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Beline excels in event and conference planning, industry engagement, and marketing. Her extensive background has equipped her with the necessary skills to manage high-profile events, establish strategic partnerships, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

In addition to her event coordination responsibilities, Beline is eager to offer strategic insights on effectively marketing our events in line with FSI’s goals and vision. Her focus will be on organizing well-structured, impactful events that go above and beyond expectations. 

Outside the workplace, Beline has a passion for gardening, and on a hot Florida day, prefers popsicles over ice cream.
