2025 FSI Industry Mixer Recap
We were proud to host over 100 students and 10 companies. The event began with opening remarks from Dr. Jack Judy, FSI Deputy Director of Workforce Development and followed with speed networking and open networking hours where students weere able to speak directly with recruiters.
We also introduced our newest initiative, Etch – Workforce Development, a strategic brand campaign designed to connect people with career pathways in the semiconductor industry. Students had the opportunity to sign up for the Etch Talent Network a platform that strengthens Florida’s semiconductor workforce by connecting professionals and employers through anonymous, algorithm-driven matching. Candidates in the platform can explore contract and full-time roles, pursue advancement, and grow in the semiconductor industry.
A big thank you to our co-sponsor SCRO GATOR for their support!
