Bio
Dr. Todd Younkin is the CEO of Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) and Executive Director of the SMART USA Institute, overseeing a $100M+ annual R&D effort that drives collaboration between universities, industry leaders, and U.S. government agencies. He was instrumental in launching SRC’s 2030 Decadal Plan for Semiconductors and advancing the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022. Dr. Younkin holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech and is a member of State University of New York’s (SUNY) Research Council.
