FSI Global Strategy Council

The Florida Semiconductor Institute (FSI) is proud to announce the new Global Strategy Council (GSC), a distinguished advisory body that will provide external guidance to shape FSI’s strategy and efforts with the evolving needs of the U.S. and global semiconductor ecosystem. With over $1 billion in combined federal, state, and private investments, we are leveraging Florida’s top-ranked higher education system, vibrant business climate, and robust private capital to catalyze thousands of high-wage jobs, foster public-private partnerships, and position Florida as a global leader in semiconductor innovation.

Below are the selected founding members of the Global Strategy Council, comprising of eminent leaders from industry, academia, national laboratories, and federal agencies. These members are highly experienced in various fields that align with FSI’s mission and role in the semiconductor ecosystem.

Council members will meet once annually in person at the Florida Semiconductor Summit, with additional virtual meetings as needed. Each member’s term will last 3 years, with this council’s term beginning on July 15th, 2025. We look forward to this initiative and thank our council members for embarking on this step towards further advancing Florida’s semiconductor ecosystem.
