Important Things to Know
- The Expo Hall is located in Gatlin B. Your booth placement will be determined by the event organizers.
- Individuals helping with display set up but not attending the summit do not need to register. However, all sponsor representatives must be fully registered to participate.
- If you plan to bring informational materials, please prepare for approximately 400 attendees.
- Exhibitor materials may be shipped in advance to the venue. Shipping instructions are below.
- Exhibitors are responsible for tracking shipments and arranging return shipping post-event. Event organizers are not responsible for shipping.
- All booths include one 6′ table and two chairs. Additional furniture, power, etc., must be ordered independently. The link to request power will be emailed to all registered exhibitors.
