Linda P. Hudson is the founder of The Cardea Group and former President and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., where she was the first woman to lead a major aerospace, defense, and security company. She earned recognition as one of Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business and was inducted into the Washington Business Hall of Fame. A University of Florida alumna and National Academy of Engineering member, Dr. Hudson remains involved in leadership development, higher education, and corporate governance.
