FSI Stakeholder Advisory Board Update – July 2026
We are thrilled to welcome Terry Back as the new Industry Representative on our Stakeholder Advisory Board.
Terry brings more than 40 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, he began his career as a Radiation-Hardened Analog Integrated Circuit Designer at Harris Semiconductor. Throughout his career, Terry has held various roles at Fairchild Semiconductor, Advanced Micro Devices, LSI Logic, Cadence Design Systems, and has spent the past 25 years with Synopsys Inc.
Terry’s extensive experience across semiconductor design, electronic design automation, and the broader microelectronics industry will provide valuable insight and guidance to our Stakeholder Advisory Board.
Outside of his professional career, Terry enjoys racing A-Class catamarans, scuba diving, and golfing.
We look forward to the knowledge and perspective he will contribute as we continue to strengthen partnerships between industry and our organization.
