Dr. Tammy Humphrey brings over 30 years of expertise in education, corporate learning, and business transformation to her role as Senior Director for Talent Development at the Orlando Economic Partnership. She leads the organization’s strategy for skills-based hiring and upskilling initiatives. Her diverse career spans education leadership, technology innovation, and enterprise transformation, including significant work with IBM’s Watson Education and Blockchain projects. At IBM, she played a key role in talent management advisory services and partnered with Sesame Workshop to develop AI solutions for early childhood education. Dr. Humphrey’s background in both education and technology uniquely positions her to drive workforce development innovations in Central Florida.
