Anytime after 12:00 PM, please note that at 12:45 PM, we would like for exhibitors to have a quick 2 minute introduction of their company and what room they have been assigned. - Will tables for exhibitors be provided?

We can remove the chairs if needed, but the conference table will remain as is. - Are exhibitors expected to provide a door prize?
It is not an expectation. If you do provide one, we ask that you let us know what it is. - Are exhibitors allowed to attend the other events, speakers, and tours?
